All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.
It will take another 7 to 14 business days to deliver. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
If you need help with your order, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are refundable only if we made a mistake or the product is defective. Otherwise you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
