How long does the shipping take? When will I receive my order?

All orders will be processed and shipped via UPS within 1 to 2 business days & will take another 7-14 business days to deliver. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order has shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Do you offer a guarantee? Can I return my items?

You can request for a return and full refund within 14 days after receiving your item if the product arrives damaged, defective or wrong item delivered. We will pay for the return shipping costs and no restocking fee will be charged.
