Currently, we only ship within the United States and shipping is free. However, we hope to expand delivery to more countries in the near future. Please contact us here to find out if shipping is available for your country.
All orders will be processed and shipped via UPS within 1 to 2 business days & will take another 7 to 14 business days to deliver. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order has shipped.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped and you may track the delivery status here. (Please check your spam or junk folder for the notification email if you do not see it in your inbox)
Please contact us immediately here with your request. We will not be able to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped.
You can request for a return and full refund within 14 days after receiving your item if the product arrives damaged, defective or wrong item delivered. We will pay for the return shipping costs and no restocking fee will be charged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
